Aims, contents and method of the course

How do bacteriophage and viruses replicate and interact with the host cell?
How do viruses cause disease, evolve and emerge? Can viral diseases be prevented and treated? This course answer to these questions.

Assessment and permitted materials

Written exam - there will be four exam dates for this course.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

You have to answer six questions. There are maximally 10 points for each question, you need to obtain 30 or more to pass the course.
