Aims, contents and method of the course
Molecular components of living cells (carbohydrates, lipids, amino acids, proteins and nucleic acids) will be presented. Their synthesis and degradation, relevant regulatory mechanisms and basic principles of the cellular energy requirements will be discussed, too.
