Präparierzeug (2 Präpariernadeln, spitze Pinzette, Lappen) sowie Objektträger, Deckgläser (Nr. 0), saubere Pipetten, scharfe Rasierklingen, Filterpapierstreifen, glattes Zeichenpapier, Bleistift, Radiergummi, Bleistiftspitzer. Es gibt Präparierbesteck z. B. beim Bioshop in der Althanstraße: http://www.facultas.at/standorte/wien/bio
Einige Praktika werden im Freien abhalten! Dafür als Ausrüstung neben wetterangepasster warmer Kleidung auch eine Lupe und als Bestimmungsbuch die Flora von Österreich mitbringen!AUFKLÄRUNG ÜBER SICHERHEITSRISIKO:
Im Rahmen des Kurses werden pflanzliche und pilzliche Objekte praktisch bearbeitet. Der Umgang mit Präpariernadel, Pinzette, Skalpell oder Rasierklinge erfordert etwas Geschicklichkeit um sich nicht zu stechen oder zu schneiden. Darüber hinaus besteht kein weiteres Sicherheitsrisiko. Bei Aufenthalten im Freien bitte für passendes Schuhwerk und entsprechende Kleidung sorgen.

Morphology (basic organs and modifications, life cycles and growth forms), systematics, taxonomy, floristics; diversity of plants and fungi of Central Europe in their ecological context (important families, genera, most significant taxa of most important ecosystems); floristic literature, analysis, diagnosis.
