Aims, contents and method of the course

International online lectures together with the Austrian Mycological Society, the Bavarian Mycological Society, the German Mycological Society and the Pilzforum.eu on various mycological topics. Selected topics from systematics, ecology and distribution of macromycetes are presented.

Assessment and permitted materials

Participation in about seven lectures; written protocol of one lecture

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Insight in activities of a scientific society of amateurs and professionalists, overview of some mycological subjects dealt with in Austria by specialists

Examination topics

Listening to lectures and individual reviewing of the respective subjects with literature
