Aims, contents and method of the course

Principles and fundamentals of retention and dispersion in chromatography and electrophoresis, techniques of gas-chromatography (GC), high-performance-liquid-chromatography (HPLC) and capillary- and gel-electrophoresis (HPCE) addressing the instrumentation, mechanisms and applications, data assessment and evaluation, calibration, and errors in quantitative analysis
