Aims, contents and method of the course

Quantitative determination of various samples by titrimetry, potentiometry, UV-absorption spectrometry, gel-electrophoresis and HPLC
Evaluation: accuracy of results, standard of documentation, achieved competence

Assessment and permitted materials

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

To get practical experience in fundamental analytical techniques; to carry out quantitative measurements with results within given limits of accuracy, make data evaluation by means of statistical methods and write reports on the achieved results.
