Aims, contents and method of the course
The chemical principles underlying molecular structural biology will be discussed using a selection of fundamental scientific papers.
Assessment and permitted materials
Based on the quality of seminar presentation and active participation in scientific discussions.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
A sound understanding of molecular structural biology based on chemistry reasoning.
Examination topics
Students will prepare scientific presentations (based on selected papers) followed by a thorough scientific discussion.
