Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Written exam (90 Minuten). 8 questions based on material covered in the lecture series, which can be answered in either English or German.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Evidence of a basic understanding of important cell biological concepts.
Grading scheme (a maximum of 40 points is achievable):
36-40 points: very good (1)
31-35 points: good (2)
26-30 points: satisfactory (3)
20-25 points: sufficient (4)
<20 points: insufficient (5)

Examination topics
Content of lecture series and relevant chapters from Molecular Biology of the Cell. Further reading suggested for each topic is meant to broaden understanding of the topics covered but not directly tested in the exam.
