Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

How do bacteriophage and viruses replicate and interact with the host cell?
How do viruses cause disease, evolve and emerge? Can viral diseases be prevented and treated? This course answer to these questions.

Assessment and permitted materials

Written exam.
Due to the Covid-19 measures, the exam will be held in SS 2020 in digital form.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

You have to answer six questions. There are maximally 10 points for each question, you need to obtain 30 points (50%) or more to pass the course.
