Seminar series will cover new/modern topics in structural biology from new techniques and methods in NMR and X-ray diffraction, molecular biology, protein chemistry, and bioinformatics to complementary biophysical methods.

Attendance of minimum of 70 % is required for students to receive ECT points.

Aims, contents and method of the course

Seminar series will cover new/modern topics in structural biology from new techniques and methods in NMR and X-ray diffraction, molecular biology, protein chemistry, and bioinformatics to complementary biophysical methods.

Assessment and permitted materials

Compulsory attendance; the evaluation consists of different performances: quality and completeness of the seminar presentation, active participation in the scientific discussion of the presented publications, minimum of 70% of attendances is required. In case of elective active participation (seminar) mark is given according to the above criteria.
