Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Success in Molecular Life Sciences depends on constant technological developments and on the refinement of existing techniques. Practical courses should no longer be necessary at this level; we will implement expert user groups of students and Group Leaders interested in specific techniques. To avoid too many meetings, these groups will communicate via an online platform to discuss applications, troubleshooting, and further developments.

Assessment and permitted materials

Assessment based on the submission of a protocol and/or discussions of published protocols via the VDS website

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Based on their presentations in SE 301315 How do you do it?, students write a protocol which will then be made available to all VDS members via the VDS website
