Aims, contents and method of the course
Computersimulation is a widely used tool to analyze the structure and dynamic of biomolecules. For the implementation of the theoretical calculations in computer studies requires fully developed algorithms and for efficient performance one needs pertinent techniques. Both issues will be explained in this seminar by practical examples.
