Aims, contents and method of the course

Laminopathies: mutations in nuclear lamina ;- Hämoglobin/Sickle cell anaemia and Thalassemia ;- The Presenilins/Alzheimer Disease ;- Opsins/Colour blindness ;- LDL Receptor/Familial Hypercholesterolemia ;- ApoE/Dysbetalipoproteinemia ;- Abetalipoproteinemia ;- ER Storage Diseases ;- Lysosomal Storage Diseases ; Alpha1-Antitrypsin-Mutations ;- Defects in ABC Transporters ;- CFTR/Cystic Fibrosis ;- Monogenic Heart(muscle) defects ;- Defects in Chromatin-proteins and DNA Repair ;- RNA Processing - Relevance to Diseases ;- Viral and nonviral Gene transfer in Gene therapie; Transscriptionfactors in Diseases and in Tumors ;- pRB, p53, und Tumor Suppression ;- DNA-Tumorviruses, e.g., Papilloma und Hepatitis B.

For a positive grade: min 50%
Assessment criteria:
100-87,5%: very good (1)
87,4-75%: good (2)
74,9-62,5%: satisfactory (3)
62,4-50%: sufficient (4)
< 50%: insufficient (5)
