During the exercises students will perform the protein crystallisation and collection of x-ray diffraction data. In addition, they will solve the protein crystal structure by applying single-wavelength anomalous dispersion with the anomalous signal from sulfur atom (S-SAD). Finally, they will build, refine and evaluate the determined protein structure.
