Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

This lecture series introduces into classical and modern concepts of stem cell biology, and will cover a spectrum of model systems ranging from basal animals to the development of organoid systems. The lecture series targets Masters students and PhD students interested in stem cell biology and regeneration, and also offers the opportunity to get deeper insight into the various facets of stem cell biology research in Vienna.
Language: English

Please note: This term, we also offer a literature seminar that allows to deepen the topics of this lecture series: 301278-1 SE Journal Club IV (2020S) (Stem Cell Biology: Evolutionary, developmental and pathological dimensions). Participation is optional, but dates are matched to be compatible with the lecture series.
