The lecture covers the methodological basis of genomics and proteomics, derives analysis routines, as well as computational procedures to evaluate the regulatory and metabolic context of identified candidate proteins. Goal of the lecture is on the one hand a sound understanding of the methods involved, as well as a quantitative interpretation of data from genomics.
