Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Pharmaceutical Scientists and leaders not only need strong analytic skills to develop the best solutions to problems, but they need negotiation proficiency to implement key solutions. This course will help you sharpen your negotiation skills, learn new tactics for negotiating and ensure you get the most from any discussion or deal. Successful negotiation requires self-awareness, preparation, and practice. Through lectures, discussions, and case study exercises, we will explore fundamental negotiation concepts, the principles of persuasion, and learn when and when not to negotiate. Improving your negotiation skills is an investment that will prove valuable throughout your personal and professional life and give you the confidence and courage you need to be competitive and successful in your career.
