Aims, contents and method of the course
During the last years the International Criminal Law has experienced with the establishment of the International Tribune for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda and the Statute of Rome for the International Court fundamental revision. The seminar deals with the International Criminal Court and the universality principle in international and national documents. Case studies will be made. This interdisciplinary seminar will partly be held in english. Knowledge of english is necessary.
