Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This seminar will focus on the mechanisms and challenges of the phenomena of genderbased and racist discrimination. It aims at providing participants with an insight to international and regional instruments as well as possible national measures to address these problems. The seminar will cover inter alia the following topics: indirect discrimination, intersectional discrimination, problem of defining "racial groups", positive discrimination/affirmative action.
