Aims, contents and method of the course

Instrumental methods for the resolution of diastereomers and enantiomers: analytical methods for the purity determination of diastereomers and enantiomers, preparative methods for the resolution of diastereomers and enantiomers, derivatizing reagents for the resolution of enantiomers, selected examples on purity determination of chiral drugs, modern methods in drug analysis.
