Aims, contents and method of the course

Strategies to targeted drug delivery, physiology of barriers to absorption and consequences for drug delivery, pathways of absorption, concepts to improve bioavailability, antibody-mediated drug delivery, nanoscaled formulations - selected examples from current literature
Prerequisites: basic knowledge in cell physiology and pharmaceutical technology
Examination: oral

Assessment and permitted materials

Anwesenheit bei mindestens 10 Terminen Voraussetzung für eine Benotung. Die Benotung erfolgt aufgrund einer oralen Präsentation zu einem selbst gewählten bzw. aus den Vorschlägen ausgewählten Thema zu zielgerichteten Arzneiformen im weitesten Sinn.
