Content: The objective of this course is to give the students knowledge of scientific research methods. The scientific topics dealing with antisense-drugs, chemistry of nucleic acids, membran receptors, enzymes and ion channels as drug targets, stereochemistry, stereoelectronic effects and molecular self constitution, NMR and analytical studies of pharmaceutical relevant drugs, modulators of multidrug resistance, similarity descriptors in drug design, application of artificial neuronal networks in lead structure development, protein-homology modelling of ABC-transporters,....
