Aims, contents and method of the course
This course provides an overview on the methods applied in pharmacoinformatics, focusing on methods used in ligand- and structure-based computational drug design. Topis comprise linear and non-linear classification algorithms, diversity selection, 2D- and 3D-QSAR, validation and applicability domain, pharmacophore modeling, protein homology modeling, and ligand docking
