Drugs affecting major organ systems

Assessment and permitted materials

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The mechanism, uses and adverse effects of drugs will be explained. The course particularly focuses on drug effects on major organ systems. The mechanisms will be discussed with respect to the therapeutic drug effect.
