This accompanying seminar deals with theory and methods for accomplishment of the aims of the Diploma Thesis in Pharmacognosy. In particular the possibilities and limits and the practical handling of the machines and methods for analysis like chromatography (e.g. GC, HPLC), mass spectrometry (MS), various spectroscopic methods (e.g. UV, IR, AAS) are shown.
