Aims, contents and method of the course

Nucleosides and Nucleotides as ¿small molecule¿ drugs; Oligonucleotides
(chemically modified RNA) as therapeutics: Antisense, RNAi, Aptamer and
Ribozyme Strategies; the lecture course covers application and syntheses
of these drugs (chem. synthesis, automated solid phase synthesis, SELEX)
