Aims, contents and method of the course

Content: Principles of pulse-Fourier-transform NMR spectroscopy, sampling and computing considerations, window-functions, 1-pulse-experiments (gated and inverse gated decoupling), polarisation transfer experiments (DEPT, INEPT), spectral editing (APT), NOE-spectroscopy, 2D-NMR homonuclear (TOCSY, COSY, ROESY, NOESY) and heteronuclear (CH-COSY, HMQC, HSQC, HMBC, COLOC, HMQC-TOCSY, INADEQUATE, HETNOE), inverse methods, experiments with selective excitation (1D-TOCSY, 1D-COSY, DPFGSE-NOE, 1D-HETCOR, INAPT), experiments using pulsed field gradients
