Content: Identification of new targets; informations from the genom; translation to protein sequenzes; protein databases in the internet, the structure of proteins; hydrophobicity distribution, a-Helices, b-sheets, Ramachandran-Plot; folding patterns, threading; primary-secondary-tertiary structure: determination and prediction; force fields for protein modeling, homology modeling, molecular dynamics simulations of proteins, docking of ligands to receptors, in silico screening for identification of new lead compounds;
