Aims, contents and method of the course

Den Studierenden werden die Grundlagen der Pathophysiologie (inkl. Medizinischer Terminologie) vermittelt. Dazu zählen Aufgaben und Aufbau des Immunsystems, morphologische Anpassungsreaktionen als Reaktion auf verschiedenste Noxen, pathologische Zell- und Gewebsveränderung, Ursachen, Pathogenese und klinisches Bild von Entzündungen, Tumoren, Entwicklungsstörungen, Erkrankungen des Blutes, des Herzens, des Gefäßsystems, des Blutkreislaufs, des Respirationstrakts, der Atmung, des Gastrointestinaltrakts, der Leber und Gallenwege, des Pankreas, der Nieren und ableitenden Harnwege, des hormonellen Systems, der Fortpflanzungsorgane, des Skeletts, der Muskulatur, des Bindegewebes, des Nervensystems, der Sinnesorgane und der Haut.

Assessment and permitted materials

3 schriftliche Prüfungen pro Semester mit 20 Freitextfragen (1-3 Punkte) und Definition von 40 Fachtermini (0.25 Punkte pro korrekt übersetztem Fachterminus)
Prüfungsdauer 90 Minuten
Hilfsmittel sind nicht erlaubt.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Insgesamt sind 45 Punkte zu erreichen.
≤ 23 Punkte: Nicht genügend (5)
23.25-28.25 Punkte: Genügend (4)
28.5-34 Punkte: Befriedigend (3)
34.25-39.75 Punkte: Gut (2)
>40 Punkte: Sehr gut (1)
