Aims, contents and method of the course

Ernährung des gesunden Menschen, parenterale und enterale Ernährung, ernährungsbedingte Krankheiten, Prophylaxe und Diäten, Ernährung bei Krebs und Allergien, aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse
Die Lehrveranstaltung sollgrundlegende Kenntnisse über die Ernährung des gesunden und kranken Menschen, die Prävention ernährungsbedingter Erkrankungen und die diätetischen Begleitmaßnahmen zur Unterstützung einer medikamentösen Therapie vermitteln.
