Aims, contents and method of the course

Ernährung des gesunden Menschen, Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten, parenterale und enterale Ernährung, ernährungsbedingte Krankheiten (Prophylaxe und Diäten), Ernährung und Krebs, aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse
Die Lehrveranstaltung soll grundlegende Kenntnisse über die Ernährung des gesunden und kranken Menschen, die Prävention ernährungsbedingter Erkrankungen und die diätetischen Begleitmaßnahmen zur Unterstützung einer medikamentösen Therapie vermitteln.
