Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Aims, contents and method of the courseThe students have considerable knowledge about chemistry, stereochemistry and structure-activity relationships of the therapeutical relevant classes of drugs. They know the structural basics of the most important active agents and their implications concerning their synthetic accessibility, their analytical ascertainability and their biological activity. The students know the most important methods of computer assisted drug development and have basic knowledge about biophysical methods used in characterisation of a drug-receptor interactions
