Aims, contents and method of the course

Die Studierenden beherrschen die theoretischen Grundlagen zur Erkennung von Einzeldrogen, Teemischungen und –pulvern. Sie haben Kenntnisse zur Qualitätsprüfung von Arzneidrogen und Zubereitungen mittels chemischer und biologischer Methoden (Identität, Reinheit, Gehalts- bzw. Wertbestimmung) anhand des Europäischen Arzneibuches, zur Überprüfung relevanter Qualitätskriterien von Phytopharmaka (Prüfung auf Stabilität und Phytoäquivalenz), sowie zur Isolierung und Identifizierung einzelner Wirkstoffe aus biologischem Material.
