Aims, contents and method of the course

In der Übung „Angewandte Pharmakokinetik“ werden sich die Studierenden anwendungsorientiert mit den Grundbegriffen der Pharmakokinetik und Pharmakodynamik beschäftigen:

-) ADME Prozesse
-) Pharmakokinetische Modelle (i.v./p.o. Einzel- und Mehrfachdosierung)
-) Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM)
-) Software für Pharmakokinetik

Diese Übung ist aus Vorlesungseinheiten und praxisorientierten Kleingruppenworkshops aufgebaut.
Damit Sie sich optimal auf die Übung und den Übungsablauf vorbereiten können, senden wir Ihnen schon vorab (ca. Mitte Oktober) sämtliche Informationen schriftlich zu.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

-) Mitarbeit und Anwesenheit (≥ 70%) während der Übung
-) Hausübung (max. 10 Punkte)
-) Kleingruppenarbeit (max. 10 Punkte)
-) Schriftliche Prüfung (max. 20 Punkte)

Die bei den jeweiligen Teilleistungen erzielten Punkte werden addiert, wobei bei jeder Teilleistung als auch bei der schriftlichen Prüfung mindestens die Hälfte der zu erreichenden Punkte erzielt werden muss.
Die ermittelte Gesamtpunkteanzahl ergibt die Gesamtnote.
Insgesamt mögliche Punkteanzahl: 40 Punkte
Für eine positive Beurteilung sind mindestens 50% (= mindestens 20 Punkte) erforderlich.

Beurteilungsschlüssel: 0-19 P. (5), 20-24 P. (4), 25-30 P. (3), 31-35 P. (2), 36-40 P. (1)
