-) Causes, symptoms, diagnosis and guideline-compliant therapy of various diseases, taking laboratory parameters into account
-) Identification of drug-related problems caused by potentially inadequate medication, including self-medication (drug interactions, side effects, application errors and adherence)
-) Dosage of drugs taking into account special patient needs

This exercise is offered in 3 modules with the following content:
-) Module 1: Introduction to medication analysis and laboratory diagnostics; hypertension

The individual modules (1-3) each consist of introductory lectures, workshop units and an online knowledge check on the subject matter covered. The lecture units are held online. In the workshops you will work on and discuss case studies in small groups. These units are planned as face-to-face events.

You will receive the latest information during the semester.

The end of the exercise is a thesis with an examination character, whereby the knowledge acquired from all modules is applied here. Guidelines, specialist information and interaction programs are available to you as aids.
