Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Students will work in small teams on case studies to conceptualise concrete drug development project proposals, discuss the case study topics and revise their proposals with the supervisors. The case study will involve a real project conducted in industry. The outcomes from the industry research project will be revealed in the final lecture. The course will consist of Introduction to the course, two lectures, 3 assignments, and 3 feedback/discussion teaching sessions.
Assessment and permitted materials
Students must attend all sessions and actively participate in the discussion, complete and submit all of the assignments. They are expected to incorporate feedback and discussion outcomes into their revised final project proposal due before the last day of class.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Course attendance; completion of assignments including revisions from feedback sessions to be submitted to instructors for evaluation. Final presentation on last day of course and final revised proposal to be handed in to instructors.
