The first session will be held together with the lecture group. It is all about definitions and concepts and is very important in the overall context of the topic.
Each participant is requested to prepare an own presentation. A list of topics will be send to the groups, from which everybody can chose a topic according to preference. We can push the last day of the seminar to a later date (online9 so that you may have more time to prepare your presentation. Aims, contents and method of the course
This seminar is meant to go into depth in some of the topics that are part of the lecture on Global nutrition. Each participant will be assignd to a specific topic and has to present this topic during the seminar. Presentations will be held in English

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Main objective is to treat some of the Topics from the lecutre "Global Nutrition" in - depth. In Addition, critical reading of scientific publications to develop own ideas, pros and cons of certain research methods. Presentations can be made in German or English
