Contents: Quality management in the food industry, introduction to the quality science
QM-Systems, QM-Standards, IFS, quality-related costs, quality promotion, Total Quality Management, 7-tools, environmental management, quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Qualification targets: teaching of modern management methods to prepare students for tasks in quality management in the food or pharmaceutical industry

The students apply their knowledge in the seminar part.
