Assessment and permitted materials

Final written exam, 90 min (combination of multiple choice, single choice, open questions, at least 60% to pass the exam)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The students will be able to
classify natural product that are important for human nutrition and to discuss their mechanisms of action
understand actual as well as optional future values of natural products from a nutritional science perspective.
