Aims, contents and method of the course

Aims: Understanding the goals and concepts of quality management. Students can apply important methods of quality management.
Contents: Quality management in the food industry, introduction to the quality science
QM-Systems, QM-Standards, IFS, ISO 22000, quality-related costs, quality promotion, Total Quality Management, QM-tools, environmental management

Assessment and permitted materials

Examination: written test (90 minutes)
Any materials or devices will not be allowed in the testing room
