Aims, contents and method of the course

Knowledge of relevant methods inf first Aid including life-saving measures and accident prevention (based on the guidelines of the Austrian Red Cross and international guidelines) extended by topics relevant for teachers.
Methods: lecture, videos, practical training (reanimation)

Assessment and permitted materials

Participation (CPR, recovery position, etc.) and oral examination

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Compulsory attendance (absence allowed 1x).
Theoretical + practical knowledge of the content of the lecture.
Reanimation is compulsory.
