Aims, contents and method of the course
The course will concentrate on developments in food security and methods of food production, concepts of sustainable food production, Agenda 21 and the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment, methods, developments and concepts of organic farming
Assessment and permitted materials
final exam ( 50%) engagement in the course (20%) and presentation of an article / 30%)
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Objectives of the course are the skills for a future independent, scientific analysis of developments in organic farming
Examination topics
Presentations of the leader of the course as well as analysis and presentations of scientific articles
