Aims, contents and method of the course

Im Rahmen der Vorlesung sollen Grundlagen der Biochemie mit spezifischen Aspekten aus der Ernährungswissenschaften vermittelt werden. Hierbei werden schwerpunktmäßig folgende Themen besprochen:
- Bioenergetik und Biokatalyse
- Prinzipien der Stoffwechselregulation
- Der Kohlenhydratstoffwechsel
- Lipide und Lipidstoffwechsel
- Pyruvat-Dehydrogenase-Reaktion und Citratzyklus
- Atmungskette und oxidative Phosphorylierung
- Stoffwechsel der Aminosäuren und Proteine
- Regulation des Stoffwechsels

Assessment and permitted materials

Schriftliche Abschlussprüfung Vor-Ort, Prüfungszeit: 60 Min, Single-Choice

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Es sind mind. 60 % der maximal erreichbaren Punktzahl zum Bestehen erfoderlich.
