Aims, contents and method of the course
Basics in microscopy; practical analysis of usful funghi, analysis of corm, roots, bulbs etc., microscopic and chemical analysis of carbohydrates, protein and fat as well as of essential oil and honey, anatomy of vegetable, spices, flowers, fruits and cereals.

Aims, contents and method of the course
Grundlagen des Mikroskopierens; praktische makroskopische und mikroskopische Analysen wichtiger Pilzgattungen; Spross- und Wurzelmetamorphosen; mikroskopische Analyse und chemischer Nachweis von Stärke, Eiweiß, Fett und ätherischem Öl; Anatomie von Gemüse- und Gewürzpflanzen; Blüten, Blütenstände und Honigpollen; Fruchtmorphologie- und -anatomie von Cerealien, Pseudocerealien, Obst und Gemüse; Samenmorphologie- und -anatomie der Leguminosen (Fabaceae).
