Aims, contents and method of the course

ZIELE: mit dem erfolgreichen Absolvieren der VO haben Studierende ein aktives Verständnis biologischer und pflanzenwissenschaftlicher Grundlagen
INHALTE:
-Grundlagen der Pflanzenphysiologie [Photosynthese, Plastiden, N- und S-Fixierung, Kohlenhydrate, Lipide, Aminosäuren, Atmung und Gärung -Bakterien, Farbstoffe (Chlorophyll, Carotinoide, Anthocyane, Gerbstoffe, Betalaine), Wasserhaushalt]
-ausgewählte Pflanzengruppen von besonderer ernährungswissenschaftlicher Bedeutung (zB. Gewürzpflanzen, Scharfstoffe, Süßstoffe,...)
METHODE: Vortrag

Assessment and permitted materials

Schriftliche Prüfung (Multiple Choice), insgesamt 4 Prüfungstermine, die Prüfung findet vor Ort statt, Prüfungsdauer 60 Minuten
