hunger and satiety/obesity
unhealthy diets and non-communicable diseases
carbohydrates: glycemic index; fructose; metabolic syndrome; hypo-hyperglycemia
proteins: metabolism; deficiency; protein intake in elderly people; proteins in sports; toxicity
lipids: omega-3- fatty acids/brain/cardiovascular diseases; cholesterol/hypercholesterolemia; lipoprotein metabolism
water balance: physiology; de- and hyperhydration; fluid intake in sports
iron/selenium/zinc: functions; deficiency; toxicity; therapy/supplementation
vitamin d/calcium: functions; deficiency; toxicity; therapy/supplementation
vitamin B12
sodium/potassium: functions; hypertension
antioxidants: functions; deficiency; toxicity; therapy/supplementation
