Concepts of Food and Nutrition Security, Nutrition Transition, Anthropometry/ News Growth Reference, Complementary Feeding, Food Security Situation, Food Aid, Urban Food Security and Livelihoods, Refugee Nutrition, HIV/ AIDS and Nutrition Security, Micronutrients, World Trade/ Fair Trade, Population Development, Gender
Assessment and permitted materials
Due to the pandemic, the marking will be based on an essay. Depending on when you register for the exam, I will send you a list of three topics to your e-mail adress. You wil chose one of them and write an essay of around 10 pages. You will have 2 weeks to complete this task, after which you will send your essay in pdf format back to my e-mail adress
