Diese Übungen werden auf Kenntnissen der Vorlesungen Biochemie, Ernährungslehre: Energiestoffwechsel, Makronährstoffe; Ernährungslehre: Mikronährstoffe und sekundäre Pflanzeninhaltsstoffe; Lebensstil-/ernährungsassoziierte Erkrankungen/Diätetik aufgebaut.
