Diese Übungen werden auf Kenntnissen der Vorlesungen Ernährungslehre: Energiestoffwechsel, Makronährstoffe; Ernährungslehre: Mikronährstoffe und sekundäre Pflanzeninhaltsstoffe; Lebensstil-/ernährungsassoziierte Erkrankungen/Diätetik aufgebaut.

Erlernen diverser Methoden der Energie- und Nährstofferhebung, praktische Umsetzung von Empfehlungen, Auseinandersetzung mit spezifischer Literatur und Interpretation von Publikationen
