Aims, contents and method of the course
Introduction in different nutrient databases, practical work on special dietetics, presentation and discussion on current dietetic topicsLearning of methods of dietary intake, practical implementation of recommendations, critical analysis and discussion of literature
Assessment and permitted materials
written exam, oral presentation, practical work on dietetc topics
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
- group work (7-d-record, handout, prensentation): 40%
- active participation and disussions: 10%
- home work (24h-recall): 10%
- learning paths: 5% for learning path no. 1, up to 5 further points as bonus for learning paths 2 and 3 possible
- paper work: 10%
- exam: 25%
